2012 Citizen of the Year Nominations!
The “Citizen of the Year “award began in 1980 and has honored Puebloans that have made a significant impact in the community! The award is intended to honor a person that has made a substantial contribution to the Pueblo area and as a result the community became a better place to live and work. Nominees must have exhibited leadership in community projects and have completed them successfully, be involved in the betterment of the community and have noteworthy accomplishments.
Nominations are now being accepted for the prestigious award. Nominate a person you feel has truly made a difference in our community. The deadline to submita nomination is Monday, January 9th 2012.
The Annual Meeting and Citizen of the Year for the Greater Pueblo Chamber of Commerce to be held Thursday, January 26, 2012 at the Pueblo Convention Center. Silent Auction & hors d’oeuvres start at 6pm, with dinner following at 7pm.
