Big Rod's Fat Tuesday will take place Tuesday, February 21st from 5:30-10:00pm at the Pueblo Convention Center. The Pueblo Convention Center we will be serving up an authentic Cajun cuisine buffet, and back by popular demand, dancing to Dikki Du and the Zydeco Krewe. Also enjoy Chef Eric's famous shooter bar.
